We've listened to you, and recognize that mechanical methods for surface preparation are not always available or reliable. If you don't own your own mechanical surface preparation equipment, you are faced with having to absorb additional costs to hire someone for the job, or to look for a place to rent the machinery, and hope that it is in proper working order.
